As with all the people in this company, actually it is an amazing experience as far as car insurance goes. Have developed rapport with these people over the years and I'm not exaggerating to say it's like family. They go out of their way for you, listen to my stale jokes, and today's experience was fabulous with Alexis. These people are not afraid to be themselves, and the world just isn't like that anymore!

Alexis was AMAZING!!!
I am going through a lot of changes after my accident, along with moving, and losing my long term employment all in a matter of weeks, and she had such grace during my rants and our conversations, and she put me at ease for the 1st time in a long time.
It may seem small to outsiders looking in, but from my point of view she really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and satisfied in these changes I had to make today.
