We are very grateful for the support of Betreuungswelt Zirndorf. Our mother and father are lovingly cared for at home and relieved of everyday tasks. The caregiver not only helps with the household, but also provides reliable care, meals and company. It's nice to know that they are in good hands and can continue to live in their own home.

Outstanding 24-hour care - absolutely recommendable!

We are completely satisfied with the 24-hour care from Zirndorf. The caregiver was not only extremely competent, but also very cordial, patient and attentive in dealing with our mother in need of care.

The organization was professional and reliable from the very beginning - from the first contact to the arrival of the caregiver. Our individual wishes were taken into account at all times and we always had the feeling that we were in good hands.

We were particularly impressed by the humanity and care with which they worked - the focus here is really on people.

Many thanks to the entire team for their valuable support. We can recommend this service with a clear conscience!

We are so grateful that our grandma can continue to live in her beloved little house thanks to Betreuungswelt - together with her cat, who means so much to her. The care staff are not only reliable and professional, but also warm and empathetic. It's nice to know that she is well looked after around the clock and can still stay in her familiar surroundings. Outstanding 24-hour care at home
We are very grateful for the loving and reliable care our father received from the 24-hour care service. The caregiver was not only professionally competent, but also a great human asset - warm, attentive and always ready to help.
The individual care in his own home is particularly positive, which was a huge relief for our father. He didn't have to move to a facility and was able to stay in his familiar surroundings.
The organizational process with the provider was also professional, transparent and uncomplicated. Our wishes and concerns were always taken into account.
We can recommend this form of care with a clear conscience!

Very satisfied for 2 years!
My mother has been lovingly looked after for two years now. We deliberately chose caregivers who speak little or no German, as they are affordable for us - and that was exactly the right decision. The ladies are incredibly warm, reliable and look after my mother with a lot of patience and dedication. Even without perfect language skills, communication works wonderfully - with gestures, a smile and a lot of warmth. We are very grateful for this support in everyday life!

Ich habe seit 6 Monaten für meinen Opa eine männliche Pflegekraft aus Polen. Es funktioniert sehr gut. Die beiden sind richtige Freunde geworden. Wenn unser Olek mal Urlaub macht kommt eine anderer Herr für diese Zeit. Sehr gut!

Eine sehr schnelle freundliche Unterstützung bei dem Antrag auf die Pflegestufe und den gefühlt 100 fragen die immer danach noch aufkommen ,was man alles noch beantragen kann und sollte . Alleine wäre ich damit doch etwas überfordert gewesen. Ich bin heilfroh, das ich das hier unkompliziert in Anspruch nehmen kann. Danke dass es euch gibt

Opa wurde überstürzt aus dem Krankenhaus entlassen, Leider war keine Platz im Heim oder Reha frei. Wir haben binnen 3 Tagen schnell eine Hilfe für unseren Opa bekommen. Der Herr ist sehr nett, ordentlich und kann gut kochen. Ich denke wir bleiben jetzt dauerhaft bei dieser Art der Betreuung. Danke an die Betreuungswelt Zirndorf!
