Outstanding 24-hour care - absolutely recommendable!

We are completely satisfied with the 24-hour care from Zirndorf. The caregiver was not only extremely competent, but also very cordial, patient and attentive in dealing with our mother in need of care.

The organization was professional and reliable from the very beginning - from the first contact to the arrival of the caregiver. Our individual wishes were taken into account at all times and we always had the feeling that we were in good hands.

We were particularly impressed by the humanity and care with which they worked - the focus here is really on people.

Many thanks to the entire team for their valuable support. We can recommend this service with a clear conscience!

Outstanding 24-hour care at home
We are very grateful for the loving and reliable care our father received from the 24-hour care service. The caregiver was not only professionally competent, but also a great human asset - warm, attentive and always ready to help.
The individual care in his own home is particularly positive, which was a huge relief for our father. He didn't have to move to a facility and was able to stay in his familiar surroundings.
The organizational process with the provider was also professional, transparent and uncomplicated. Our wishes and concerns were always taken into account.
We can recommend this form of care with a clear conscience!

Very satisfied for 2 years!
My mother has been lovingly looked after for two years now. We deliberately chose caregivers who speak little or no German, as they are affordable for us - and that was exactly the right decision. The ladies are incredibly warm, reliable and look after my mother with a lot of patience and dedication. Even without perfect language skills, communication works wonderfully - with gestures, a smile and a lot of warmth. We are very grateful for this support in everyday life!
