A blessing - lovely people, they took a lot of time for our consultation. It's a fair and very service-oriented approach. You meet at eye level, which is important in good business.

Ms. Thies and Mr. Thies understand the job and enjoy doing it and do it properly. That is very pleasant for the customer. We have experienced completely different ways of working with other estate agents ... arrogant brushing off and so on.

Not with the Thies family. You meet warm and authentic people with expertise who really get behind the job and offer commitment and respond to the customer's needs. We wouldn't know what could be done better.

It's honest praise from customers in the 50 and 60 age group who are quite experienced in real estate and estate agents ...

It's not easy to find a reliable, committed and competent estate agent. And certainly not when the community of owners is spread all over Germany. We would therefore like to thank Ms. Juliane Thies and Merlin Thies once again. For their realistic price assessment, their different and well-prepared marketing approaches, the really well-functioning communication, their expert support with a subsequent building permit, right through to the sale of our property. The professional and friendly manner makes working with Mr. Orthaus very pleasant.
Personal concerns are addressed directly, any open questions are discussed quickly and competently. The broker contacted us quickly after our inquiry on immowelt.de with suggested dates for a viewing. Well-prepared documents were provided before the viewing. The viewing was well organized and structured. The broker Merlin Thies was friendly and took time for explanations and questions. The further process until the decision of the owners was made transparent and followed as described. I felt very well looked after at all times and can therefore give a clear recommendation!
