Ladies and Gentlemen,

I was very satisfied with the handling of the purchase contract and the advice I received. Unfortunately, I was still annoyed because the car was not filled up with gas as agreed.

When I had a screw in the rear wheel on April 8, 2024, I went to the workshop in Donaustr. and was sent to Robert-Bosch-Str. by the very rude workshop master. Mr. Merkl helped me there in a very friendly and competent manner. My tire was changed and a new one was ordered. Unfortunately, I was not notified when the new one arrived. I was only able to make an appointment when I asked. I also experienced a lot of friendliness there. In particular, the lady on the phone found me the next possible appointment and was very friendly and competent. Changing the tires also went very smoothly.

The salesman very friendly, very competent and the service very good. The girls at the reception desk
very courteous and nice. Workshop staff also very nice and friendly. The only negative is unfortunately simply the tightness and you have to be happy to get a parking space. Our new address is

Unfortunately, I have not yet received the car. The car is supposedly at Opel Sigg in Donauwörther Straße. But there are no appointments at the registration office in the district of Augsburg in Gersthofen.
