I am a new customer, I was very warmly received by the lady at the reception, the order processing was fast and super done, it does not get better. The lady was very friendly and greeted me quite pleasantly and warmly, top. Then a young lady came in to the door and sat down next to the lady I was talking to at the counter without a word, I didn't like that, you should greet each other at 8:00 in the morning and say "good morning " also to the customer. The handling of the order "renew timing belt" was carried out cleanly and neatly, a test drive and then checked for leaks in the engine was carried out. Also the conversation when picking up the vehicle with the master or customer service responsible was done to my complete satisfaction. The price I paid was high, but this was not due to the service, the work performance, the dealership itself or the spare parts, but to the peculiarity of the installed engine, with which, by the way, I am very satisfied. I was, or rather I am very satisfiedwith everything, they got a new customer.
PS: maybe you should consider offering a loaner car to the customer who is not from Augsburg, depending on the amount of work and the duration of the repair.
