The seminar leader led us through the week professionally with a lot of esprit, energy and a wealth of experience. The seminar content was presented in an interesting, lively and intensive manner. The seminar leader responded sensitively to personal needs and integrated these skillfully and with added value for and into the entire group. As a result, a harmonious group feeling quickly developed. The seminar left a strong impression on me personally and has great resonance. The communication of the seminar content, including through mutual exchange while hiking, was very memorable and touching. I gained far more from the seminar than I had previously hoped. The seminar documents also contribute to this, as they enable good follow-up and further work with the topics covered at any time. The accommodation and catering, as well as the special conditions on site at the Buddhas Weg monastery were excellent and suitable for this seminar. I would recommend the seminar to others at any time.

I found B.I.E.K. via educational leave and took advantage of it.
At the beginning and before the seminar, I was skeptical. However, this changed within the first few hours. The preparation and the information beforehand seemed professional and exciting. The location "Buddhas Weg" in the Odenwald was just right for me and the topic "happiness" was spot on. The location in general appealed to me very much, the food was mega good. The seminar far exceeded my expectations. I think it was due to the strong, professional guidance of the lecturer Beatrice and of course the super group. Everything was just right. I took away a lot and was able to put it into practice. I have already recommended this seminar, the seminar venue and the lecturer to colleagues. Some of them will certainly also attend the seminar.

Very familiar atmosphere. Everyone involved was very friendly and endeavored to give the guests a good time. I don't think the one-sided stipulation to cook almost exclusively vegetarian food is appropriate. Nevertheless, all the dishes were very tasty.
Uwe as the manager is a pearl! He has a good feel for how to organize things so that everyone feels comfortable, but all the content is still conveyed.

Better weather would have been great, but that was out of our/your hands. The hotel was fine, food was really good, always well replenished and there was something for vegetarians in particular. Thank you very much.

Our instructor was great, with a lot of knowledge and skill, a repeat is planned.

My experience with resilience training through hiking at B.I.E.K.

I participated in the resilience training through hiking organized by B.I.E.K. in the Odenwald from 20 to 24 May 2024 and I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience. The quality of the event was excellent and I gained great benefits from it, both professionally and personally. The performance was consistently very good and the delivery of the training was professional and well organized. The methodology was convincing and easy to understand. The framework was good and the cost-benefit ratio exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a very rewarding experience and I would definitely recommend B.I.E.K. to others.

Recommendation
A very good mix of theory and practice. As expected, we were out and about a lot. The hike is very modarate (12 to 15 km a day) with many theory sessions in nature. I am very satisfied and can recommend it to anyone who wants to learn in nature.
The food is mostly vegatarian/vegan and very tasty prepared with heart and soul.

The instructor was very personable and empathetic and therefore perfect for the meditation exercise course I took part in! She also had very practical and in-depth knowledge - I was able to learn a lot from her, both professionally and personally. The environment in the monastery complemented the meditation experience very well.

Accommodation great, food great, lecturer great, topic great. The mixture of hiking and theory (alternating in each case) ensured a high level of attention during each theory session and afterwards you could let what you had learned sink in.

The experience on site at the Buddhist monastery was great. The lecturer was very competent and created a good balance between mindfulness, reflection and sharing.

We could have been informed in advance that lunch would only be served until half past midnight, as it was quite a long time until dinner with the next opportunity to eat something and it is difficult to organize something on site.
