Staff are very helpful. I rang with a problem with my system and they suggested ways to sort it out which worked very well. I also organised a service for the motor which was carried out efficiently. I have had the beam for over 20 years and I am very pleased with the system.

Excellent. Paul engineer helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. If you read the other testimonials it says it all. If you haven’t got a beam vacuum system and are building a new house I would strongly advice you to get one installed

We've always found Beam to be a great company to deal with and this time was no different. The engineer quickly diagnosed the issue and carried out the repair efficiently. The customer service staff are always easy to talk to and we would recommend this business to anyone considering a built in vacuum system.

Couldn't have had better service from the moment I phoned until our PIV system was fixed. We had the PIV system for approx 8 years (fitted by Housing Ex) and didn't realise just how good it was until it stopped working! Within 5 days of the PIV being off we had black spots starting in the bedrooms and lots of condensation on the windows. BEAM came out and fixed the system quickly and we have dry windows every morning and no more damp. Personally think that one of these systems should be fitted by all home owners and landlords
