The Bodyformer is suitable for many people. For the not so active people it is ideal to DO something for his muscles and figure in a relaxed way while lying down and for the active athletes it is the ideal complement to his training. So I personally am absolutely thrilled and convinced of the effectiveness.

The treatment is for me possible only on 25%. I had one with 34% with gluteus. I still have pain after 5 days. And it attacks my nervs all the time, nevermind how i move it. My experience is not so good at all.

It is quite normal to start with a low intensity at the beginning of the treatment. This can usually be increased after a few sessions.

A slight muscle soreness is also not uncommon.

Of course, the correct positioning of the applicators is very important. Perhaps you can have them checked again.

We are sure that if you keep at it, you will be convinced by the results.
