Burttschell Construction made dangerous choices throughout the project. They vented bathroom fans into the attic and installed water heaters in inaccessible areas. Hunter ignored building codes and refused to fix anything when I pointed it out. I lost all trust in him.

Terrible Craftsmanship Across the Board

Burttschell Construction rushed every part of the job. Stucco cracked within weeks, the water heaters sat in the wrong spots, and the windows leaked after the first rain. I spent more fixing his mistakes than I did hiring him. I felt cheated and overwhelmed.

Hunter Vanished When Things Went Wrong.

He started off warm and convincing, but as soon as problems surfaced, he stopped showing up. He avoided phone calls, ignored my concerns, and let critical issues pile up. 👎 I needed a contractor and got someone who disappeared when it mattered most.

Unprofessional and Unreliable

I hired Burttschell Construction to build six cabins and immediately noticed Geoffrey Hunter barely visited the site. He failed to manage his crew, ignored serious issues, and let basic mistakes slide. I expected leadership and attention to detail, but he delivered none of that.
