Cornelius "Conny" Scheier

Well-run workshop. However, we only got to the heart of the matter very late. Once the elephants in the room had revealed themselves, I felt that the really important work should have started or continued.

Conny is a trustworthy coach who can be reached at eye level from second 1 - you feel very comfortable and everyone gets his understanding regardless of their point of view/statements. I found the very often used "thank you for your thoughts" very great! Unfortunately, I had the feeling that we couldn't really go "deep" into our self-reflection because of the time and there was a bit of time pressure (even though we apparently needed significantly longer in the elaboration time:-D). Perhaps this part could be designed as a preparatory homework assignment for the participants (1.2 days before the workshop)... like guided thought-provoking impulses in advance.

I had high expectations from the previous Leader Workshop. For me, an extra person means another pair of eyes and ears - unfortunately, I didn't realize that. Two workshop leaders for 11 people was an ideal and manageable size for me, but you have a better wealth of experience. As I told you in a personal conversation afterwards, several emotional outbursts or sticking points were not noticed. A tip that might have helped here: one person reads out the questions, another person walks around the room or offers to answer questions (there were a few) so that it doesn't have to be right in front of the whole group. If necessary, adjust the position in the room (1 at the front, 1 at the back) for a wider perspective.
Also, the most valuable results were not addressed - the questions answered in writing would have revealed the problems at lunchtime. Fortunately, these came to the table just before lunch and were revealed - but that was almost 4 hours later. This got things rolling and the issues on the table, but a discussion or clarification was no longer possible due to time constraints.
I'm looking forward to continuing to work on and delve into the topics and am grateful for the support. The trust and competence is absolutely there, I think it was more situational - hence the opportunity for growth described in detail. The positives clearly outweigh the negatives :)

Cornelius manages to spontaneously respond to every situation with a mixture of empathy and concentrated specialist knowledge. That is impressive.

With his calm, open and accommodating manner, Conny created a safe space in which even the more uncomfortable topics could be addressed. He sensitively asked the right questions and always adapted the workshop to the individual needs of the group in a unique way.

Conny moderated very well, was entertaining and very well prepared.

We have reached our goal.

The task with the Post IT was not clearly defined for me.
The term "Boddy" seems strange to me.

I came away from the training absolutely enthusiastic and euphoric. I had many moments that gave me inspiration for my work and my private life at the same time. All the impressions are great to put into practice and immediately provide a positive boost for everyone involved.
I will recommend Conny to others, attend more seminars myself and use the things I learned for myself.
I would have liked more time, as a lot of things could not be addressed. I would have liked one or two more practical examples (role play).
The seminar was a complete success. There was also nothing to complain about in terms of the accommodation and supplies.

I look forward to continuing to work with Conny and his team.

Unfortunately too little time, should be longer and more detailed with many role plays and practical tips and ideas/suggestions from everyday life!
