Due to the personal circumstances of our tenants, we were unfortunately forced to terminate the tenancy prematurely.
We found it incredibly difficult to find new tenants for a maximum of 2 years. But Mr. Aschenbeck was positive right from the start, promised to help and took care of the matter very quickly. His extremely careful way of assessing people is outstanding. Mr. Aschenbeck knew exactly what we wanted and found suitable tenants very quickly. His calm, intelligent and always courteous manner made it easy for us to trust him. In addition, his knowledge of the real estate industry is outstanding. He always knew the right answer to all our questions. We are of the opinion that Mr. Aschenbeck is an excellent estate agent! It couldn't be better.....
We would like to thank Mr. Aschenbeck very much and wish him all the best for his private and professional future.
