I drove to the Bad Driburg office with a malfunctioning air conditioning system (Skoda Octavia) and asked for it to be checked.
The air conditioning system was checked and documented with the result: air conditioning compressor defective.
I was kindly offered a replacement for approx. 2700€, which I gratefully declined.
At another FACHWERTKSTATT, they located a loose V-belt in the air conditioning system, adjusted it immediately and charged me €10 for the coffee.
I was charged €104.13 for this misdiagnosis by Thiel!
I would like a statement. My order number is: 71776.

Hello, I had an oil leak on my 8-week-old motorhome. Warranty damage! I was immediately given an appointment by Thiel and received excellent service! The oil stains on my property caused by the damage were 100% removed by a Thiel service employee! That's what you call service, many thanks to Peter Schniedertüns and his team!

Thiel is certainly not responsible for the long delivery time of my CUPRA Formentor.
The same applies to the offer and service of the car rental company "Enterprise"
There is certainly room for improvement (accessibility / prices).
Therefore, in the area of " offer " only a satisfactory.

Not to be recommended. After a flat tire, the dealership did not manage to get a tire within a week. I then did this myself. The agreed rate for the rental car rose from €35 per day to €80 from the second day. Outrageous. Never again Thiel Paderborn.

When I am asked about my personal experiences with Karl Thiel AG, I can't think of any words to describe them, they were so bad. I will never again set foot in this dealership, which treats customers with absolute ignorance. It would go beyond the scope of this article to list all my negative experiences, without words.
If there are currently problems with a vehicle, Karl Thiel AG sees itself as an agency and not as a contact partner, you have to argue with the large VAG group and recognize where you stand...

Very nice car dealership in Paderborn on Detmolder Straße.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Unfortunately, the customer is not helped in many cases, as the service, at least in the car area, is regularly overwhelmed with current vehicle functions, does not know many vehicle functions and in many cases cannot solve problems.
In the event of postponements of vehicle purchase dates, the customer is not actively informed. Even in repeated cases, it seems that the customer is expected to call and ask whether the promised date will be kept.

I bought an Audi a4 Avant from this dealership in 2017. Afterwards, it turned out that the car had rear damage according to the vehicle history. The car was painted and dented. I wrote to the dealer via a lawyer. No response!!!!! They deny it. Although it would have been visible in the vehicle history. You can expect a car dealer to make sure that everything is in order. Just sad. I will never buy a car there again!!!!!
