ECC was once again a competent, empathetic and highly committed partner. The agencies in Saudi Arabia and Jordan were effective and customer-oriented.
Saudi Arabia as a newly opening travel destination still offers pure oriental hospitality. However, unpredictable changes in the program schedule are to be expected. The country itself "discoveries at their best".

I was particularly satisfied with the tour guide on site. The lady was obviously very experienced in dealing with tour groups, very attentive and conscientious and was able to provide very detailed information about the country and its people.

At the end of October 2023, seven of us spent 11 days in Egypt " Ancient Egyptian Culture and Coptic Christianity" as a "group trip". The trip was excellently organized by ECC and the agency in Egypt. We were very satisfied with the very good German-speaking, technically very competent and flexible tour guide Amgad. The culture in Egypt is unique and we were always fascinated by the cultural monuments that were created around 3500 years ago and are still preserved in unimaginably good quality today. Egypt is definitely worth a visit and the boat trip on the Nile is one of them. We were completely satisfied. Thank you for that.

Intensive, constructive consultation in advance. Approachable, attentive to details and quick in dialog. Very easy to reach - also from Rome. The Archdiocese of Hamburg felt well advised and accompanied by experience at all times. All agreements were implemented promptly. This gives a good feeling of security. Should there be another travel project in the archdiocese, we will gladly knock on the door of ECC again. A big thank you to Mr. Völkel and his team!

Recommendation
The preparatory advice and booking of flights, the selection of hotels, the knowledgeable tour guide both by Peter Patt and the local companion Osman. Even a short-term rebooking request was handled promptly and perfectly, so I was completely satisfied with the trip and the organization. Of course, I will continue to make use of offers from EEC Study Tours in the future.
