Very positive overall impression so far!
At the moment, my wife and I are about to have our first architect meeting, which is included in the overall offer from Elbe-Haus. Therefore, I can describe my experience exclusively up to here.
Already the first contact with Mr. Ralf Maus was extremely positive and trusting. The first meeting took place directly on site on the offered property. Every question was answered in a pleasantly professional manner (e.g. land transfer tax, orientation of the plot (important here, as the offered plot still had to be divided)).
The subsequent consultation in the builder's center was also extremely informative and made it easy for us to decide in favor of Elbe-Haus. The fact that our child was present and needed shorter breaks was not a problem.
Mr. Maus was and is always the contact person and responds to inquiries within a very short time. Even rather new requests (preliminary energy certificate, etc.) were solved very quickly. After placing the order, Mr. Maus lost no time and immediately had the soil survey done, construction fences put up and the property cleared/cleared.
All in all, a very competent contact person and to be recommended without reservation.
