We can only advise against Expert Bening, as we have had a very bad experience with them. We had bought a Bosch washing machine a few weeks ago. After about 8 washes we had to call customer service ourselves because of a defect, Expert refused to put us through to customer service. The defect was caused by an object in the machine, which definitely could not have come from us. Thus, we had the suspicion that we had received a used machine. We wanted to clarify this with Expert, as it could have been exchanged by mistake. Expert, as our contractual partner, did not meet us at all, showed no understanding or admission that a mix-up could have taken place. Instead of support, we only received resistance on the phone from the management. We can not return the machine, in addition Expert Bening made us pay the customer service bill, since we had to commission this ourselves. We can only advise against this company.
