Once our child was born, my wife and I decided to open a termed life insurance. We already had good experience with the Bierl insurance broker company from before, so we contacted them. They quickly responded to our inquiry and were able to explain us different options that were available on the market. They also have an extensive blog posts about the topic on their website, which already addressed many of our questions. Thanks to them, the whole application process went smoothly and they have saved us a lot of time. In addition, they were always fast and courteous.

After receiving unprofessional advice from another insurance broker, in which I was not informed about important contract details, I came across Finanzberatung Bierl after intensive Internet research. I wanted to take out an occupational disability insurance policy at the student rate and time was pressing, so I was glad that Finanzberatung Bierl was there to advise me. Ms. Münch's advice was extremely competent and uncomplicated. Our questions were always answered quickly and clearly. Without this expert advice, it would not have been possible to conclude a contract in the short time available, which is one of the reasons why this company stands out from others. We are very grateful for this and will recommend Finanzberatung Bierl to others.

With the all-round carefree package, you can't go wrong with the Bierls when it comes to private health insurance. The processes are all digital. A lot of time is taken to realize the best for the customer. One feature that sets them apart from many others is certainly the meticulous preparation of their own health history, but this is also essential for such an act, as other brokers are not as thorough in this respect. All my questions were answered patiently and I was given a very detailed overview of all my alternatives and what I should definitely consider. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, here you as a customer are still the center of attention and feel safe. I would do it again at any time, I wouldn't consider any other advice. 5 stars are almost too few, unreserved recommendation.

Ms. Reisinger advised me on switching to private health insurance.

I always felt very well advised and never had the feeling that I was being pressured into taking out a policy. It was very pleasant that Ms. Reisinger always replied to my e-mails within a day.

As we have not yet decided on an exact date for the switch, we have taken out an optional insurance policy for the time being. Thank you very much for the excellent advice!

I had exclusive contact (both by telephone and e-mail) with Ms. Laura Münch regarding the conclusion of a new occupational disability insurance policy for my daughter. Despite the high demands, due to the nature of the insurance, Ms. Münch accompanied and supported me with friendliness and great expertise through a process that took several weeks until the policy was issued.
The conclusion of an occupational disability insurance policy with as few exclusions as possible, or ideally none at all, is probably the supreme discipline among all insurance policies. Serious support and advice is eminently important here. Based on my experience to date, I can recommend Finanzberatung Bierl without reservation in the hope that the claim never arises.

The advice I received from Finanzberatung Bierl and especially from Ms. Münch regarding my occupational disability insurance made the process, which I found very complex and confusing, much easier. I received competent support from the very first moment, and no matter how many questions I had, they were always answered quickly and in detail. It is not a matter of course that complex questions are answered so directly and comprehensibly. Even when I was abroad and asked for an interview, Ms. Münch immediately accommodated me and we found a quick solution. I am also very grateful for her patience when the process was somewhat delayed for me. I should also mention the highly informative website, which made me feel well prepared and informed so that I could approach the application with confidence.

Unreservedly 5 stars in every area! I have taken out a number of insurance policies (liability, legal protection, health insurance and occupational disability) with the Bierls because I always felt comfortable thanks to the competent and highly professional advice I received at eye level and didn't have the feeling that I had to take out something very quickly. Particularly with regard to private health insurance and occupational disability, they make sure that all health questions are answered and that certificates/appraisals are submitted if necessary. As a customer, you are of course also actively required to obtain all documents properly and truthfully, but then you are on the safe side! During the individual consultations, I was able to ask all my questions without feeling "stupid". I clearly noticed that the focus was on me as a customer and not on the quick conclusion of an insurance policy. Thank you very much - I am glad to have met you ''by chance'' via Google!!!

After previous unsuccessful attempts to find out more about occupational disability insurance, including from very nimble suits, I came across the Bierls' website.
It's brilliant that there's a site here that breaks down factual knowledge and expert assessments in a comprehensive but concise way into examples that can be applied by ordinary mortals and presents them in an understandable and comprehensive way. This enabled me to read up and prepare myself intensively in advance.
Even at a distance of 400 km, the highly personalized advice provided by email was straightforward and user-centric, underpinning the positive impression gained from the research. Questions, concerns and wishes were discussed in detail, with detailed information on what can be implemented where and how in the contract.
Unexpected reactions by the company were followed by prompt clarification without any action on my part, with the aim of restoring the intended conditions. This is where the efficient contact channels with the insurers really paid off.
At all times, I was certain that everything was on track, that I understood what was happening, that it was going in the direction I wanted and that I could be sure that the whole thing would work out in the end!

Well looked after all round!

I came across Bierl's by chance for planning and advice on occupational disability insurance - what a stroke of luck! From the first contact to the conclusion of two BU contracts, I never had to wait long for well-founded feedback on my questions. Even on Sundays, I received direct answers to my questions - good service all round!
The digital administration with their own document portal makes the whole process as simple as possible.

While looking for information on disability insurance for my two sons, I came across this very comprehensive website. There are very detailed and up-to-date articles on all sub-topics. Mr. Bierl responded very quickly to my first inquiry. Further support was provided by Ms. Münch, who was always friendly, patient, competent and quick to answer my questions. With the help of the tips and information, the anonymous preliminary inquiry could be implemented effortlessly and the preparation of the final application was also uncomplicated.
Despite some somewhat difficult conditions, we were able to find a BU insurance policy for both of us. Thank you very much for your support with this very complex topic.

I was reluctant to take out BU insurance for a long time, but after reading a bit on the Bierls' website, I decided to take the plunge, because you have nothing to lose if you only get advice. The instructions for preparing the risk pre-application were really easy to understand. Of course, you have to do a lot of work here, but you only have to do it once. Ms. Münch was very friendly and described everything in detail if something was missing or which doctors would be useful to have a statement from. After the preliminary risk inquiry, a preselection with a detailed comparison of the companies was sent very quickly, making it relatively easy to make a decision. The process was completed quickly and now I'm sleeping a bit better ;)
As a child of my generation, I particularly liked the fact that no telephone appointments were necessary here, everything was clarified super quickly by e-mail. All in all, highly recommended!
I can't rate the benefit case and I hope that won't happen either :)
