My son and I both take jujitsu classes at Good2Go. Coach Kenny and Coach Jared are both great with the kids and are very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend! It is an awesome community and gym to be part of.

Good2Go MMA is an amazing gym with great coaches. The team is knowledgable, supportive, and works hard every day. There is a variety of classes in different disciplines for adults, and my son loves to go to kids class every M,W,F.

My experience here has been amazing everyone is very friendly, its turned more like a family, the bond of helping eachother grow and prosper from all different levels. Theres so much to learn and everything is tailored to your needs from self defense, jiujitsu , muythai, kickboxing , boxing , and MMA. I talk and give a lot of credit and recognition to coach Kenny himself for amazing leadership skills and what has been put together at GoodtoGoMMA!

I give this gym 5 stars overall for everything the coach is very thorough with explaining and takes his time to make sure people learn the right way he is really good with the kids as well not only teaching the mma but also respect and discipline I appreciate everything this gym has to offer and the group of people are amazing to train with as well

Good2Go MMA is a great gym. The coaches are flexible, attentive, and make sure you get plenty of individual attention thanks to the strong instructor-to-trainee ratio. It’s a top-quality place to train, and I’m glad we have a gym of this caliber right here in Strasburg. Highly recommended.
