Delivery was fast, but not complete. I couldn't get through to the hotline and after I filled out the contact form on Mon, July 22, no one has contacted me to date, July 26.
I would recommend green solar depending on how the complaint turns out.

I am very satisfied with Green Solar.
The balcony power plant I ordered from Green Solar was delivered on time. I was able to install the balcony power station without any problems using the instructions. I can track the electricity produced daily and at any time from my cell phone. Overall, I am very satisfied with the balcony power station and can therefore recommend it.

We had the first delivery returned because the packaging was damaged. The second delivery looked like a disaster to me and a part is still missing which can only be delivered in a few weeks. Where is the part that was in the first package or was it already missing or was the same package sent back?

I am satisfied with everything so far. Only the installation of the inverter needs to be described in much more detail and also the installation of the DTU stick and linking MIkro with the stick and the app.
To install the inverter. The description does not match the reality. Hole pattern on the module frame does not match the hole pattern on the inverter. The corresponding mounting screws do not fit the rails. This needs to be better coordinated and described much more clearly. If you are handy, you can do it with the enclosed mounting set for the balcony, but you have to improvise. Yes, and the installation instructions for the DTU stick were completely inadequate, they need to be explained step by step, starting with the necessary registration, selecting the correct variant and so on. I managed it with some trial and error, but was quite annoyed because the installation of the WR as described above was also annoying. Lg

Shoe prints on the packaging of a solar panel.
Lousy telephone customer service, no way to get through and tried several times from 9 am to 3 pm!
Invoice only received after repeated requests by email, and that for an order in Austria.
No apology or anything like that, I hope I was an isolated case.

Considerable delays in delivery. Queries were or could only be answered vaguely. The packaging of the goods was inadequate, as the packaging was damaged. Very difficult to reach by telephone, communication only worked sluggishly but with a result via Austria.
