Originally, I was just looking for a CRM, but after several tests with competitors, I was getting annoyed.
Well, luckily I made the appointment with Hero.
The presentation alone had convinced me. Mr. Schwinger took a long time in the late afternoon and answered every stupid question I had. Thanks for that!
Hero is much more than a simple CRM. From the first customer contact to the final invoice, I now only need Hero. Through the implementation of my accounting software and the soon to be connected to my contact forms on the website of I am completely automated - and through the cloud solution I can have the acceptance signed and the invoice sent directly to the customer on site. Absolutely perfect for my needs, especially since I was able to participate directly in the beta phase of the customizable project menu navigation.
At this point, I would like to express my personal thanks to Nele for the first training session, which rather culminated in an exchange, and to Nico, who already recognizes me by name on the phone.
Of course, my praise also goes to all the hard-working helpers who work in the background and have developed a great product and to those who have already emailed, chatted or phoned with me.
I can only recommend every craftsman to give Hero a chance! With the snappy and very nice cheerful customer support, even the most analog person manages to get set up digitally.
Yes, it's a bit of a hassle at first, but in everyday life you quickly realize how very supportive the software is there.
As long as I'm a self-employed tradesman, I'll stay with Hero.
