Raffles Maldives Meradhoo_ The island with the pinch me, I think I dream effect.
Having been to the Maldives a few times already (Ozen Life Maahdoo, Milaidhoo, Vakkaru and Gili Lankanfushi) and well on our way to becoming addicted to this wonderful country, this time we chose Raffles Maldives Meradhoo (many thanks to travel agency: www.journey-deluxe.de). This decision was absolutely right.
We had a very spacious water villa with pool (No. 24) on the part that is completely separated from the mainland. This is a small exclusive water world with its own restaurant and pool, which you actually wouldn't have to leave if you didn't want to. The best part of the villa was the three-meter wide bed, where a small family could easily sleep together, and the huge walk-in shower with an unobstructed sea view, granted through a huge floor-to-ceiling window. One is taken by boat to the main island at all times.
Surely there are many great Maldives islands and each is unique in its own way, but who made this island a really special experience for us are the unique staff. Everyone gives their best and shows a level of commitment that we have not experienced before. We actually had requests fulfilled before we expressed them.
Our outstanding butler Yasru took care of us lovingly and organized every single day perfectly for us. Especially the private five island trip (a combination of visits to several islands, uninhabited and inhabited and a wonderful sandbar picnic) was amazing. You should definitely do it.
Warm-hearted Maish from the house keeping took perfect care of our villa for the whole 12 days. He is a real artist and decorated our beds with wonderful artworks made of palm leaves and flower petals. He also drew us pictures and wrote sweet greetings on them. We loved it so much.
The amazing team in the restaurants (each team member is unique here) remember everyone's preferences, for example our daughter got a huge specially prepared platter of her beloved sushi several times and I got a lovingly prepared local mango every morning, which I love to eat. They beautifully decorated the table several times with motifs of colorful rice and flowers. That was a joy and surprise every time. A special big thank you to the managers Shane and Shaffaf here.
Hearty Anna and the resort doctor took care of me when I was not feeling well one day. Anna brought me vegetable soup, crackers and bananas and the doctor examined me, measured my blood pressure and brought medication. One is in the best hands there. The next day everyone was happy that I was well again.
The wonderful staff who took us back and forth between the two islands many times a day by boat also deserve our special thanks. We were probably always the first to chase them out of bed at 6:15 in the morning, because for us, the days began regularly with yoga at 6:30 am.
The well-experienced yoga teacher Ansuman is very friendly, responds to everyone personally and offered a very varied program. My husband had a lot of fun getting his sports massage from him.
The spa treatments of the wonderful and always good-humored ladies were also wonderful and did us so good.
We highly recommend this small island If you want to totally relax and unwind for some time.

Hello dear team,

We would like to give feedback on our 7 day stay at the Domes of Corfu.
The shuttle service worked great and the check in and check out was very warm and friendly.
The service itself was also very friendly, but very dependent on the person.
We have so lacked nothing.
However, what we strongly criticize is the cleanliness of the room in particular the bathroom. The size is one thing, but it was really dirty and unkempt. In addition, the room smelled very badly as soon as the air conditioning/exhaust was turned off.
The hallway to the rooms was not even vacuumed during the entire stay. If food and drinks were ordered to the rooms, no room service felt responsible to collect the dishes and partly spwiseredten again, so that stood for days in the hallway. In addition, there were piles of used and wet towels.
All in all, we were otherwise satisfied.

We had a perfect family vacation in Kos thanks to the professional and comprehensive advice and would book through JOURNEY D.LUXE again anytime.

It was really a dream vacation, everything just fit.
Pool villa, food, staff on the island, house reef, everything was just perfect.
We tried all the restaurants (the Japanese was our favorite) and everywhere the quality was outstanding, the all-in concept leaves nothing to be desired. The managers of the island Monika and Guillaume are extremely friendly and cordial and have really quite herrvoragendes staff, no matter in which area.
We have made 2 trips, once the tour with the manta rays and once the tour whale shark, also these two trips were just perfect with super guides, beautiful boats and especially successful sightings.
Kandolhu is exactly the island we imagined for our vacation, small but nice!

After we first tried to find a suitable resort for our Maldives vacation on the usual platforms on the Internet, but were overwhelmed with the multitude of offers, we landed by Google search at Journey D.Luxe, which proved to be a real bull's eye.
