During the initial inspection, we documented what was to be implemented and how. When the fitters arrived on time and covered the path from the door to the installation site with painter's tape, we were immediately reassured. Once they also had an accurate picture, they came up with suggestions for the installation, which were even better than at the first appointment. The second team, who were on site a week later, were not the same team as for the first installation. However, the work was carried out just as cleanly and conscientiously. So it doesn't seem to be a matter of luck which team you get.
The management is setting an example here, which the employees undoubtedly support.
