The Kita software is a great fit for our parent association at the elementary school.
After a detailed demonstration and test phase, we use the program extensively. If we have any questions by mail, we get a call back within a short time. The questions are then also clarified very quickly.

I am a user experience consultant and nupian booked me for a user experience workshop to have the software analyzed on the one hand and to get suggestions on the other hand.

In the process, I got to know the software, and the people who develop it.

I got to know nupian in the collaboration as human and service-oriented developers, who care about the well-being of the users and all customers of the vacation programs. Their drive is to make their software, which is very mature, even easier to use, to integrate even more useful features, so that the providers of vacation programs and the participants of the events can easily manage their administrative processes and bookings.

A friendly, very structured company that continues to develop its mature software in a user-centric way.

I put myself in the role of a user, created an event myself and did the tasks that a user also uses. Everything is easy to understand and support is always very easy to reach. The program is an incredible simplification of work. All parents can always be informed about changes by mail, where before you had to phone long lists. Waiting lists are no longer necessary, as parents can log in at any time and rebook actions. One can see at a glance the outstanding accounts. Can immediately separate cash payments and transfers (education card) during the payment process. Clear participant lists that can be sent directly to the organizer. One always has current and also correct data of the children, since the parents must register themselves. All parents got the registration and bookings implemented without any problems.
If something does not work out or is more difficult, there is always a friendly and patient support on the phone. Thank you very much!

I like working with Nupian very much. It is clear, understandable, is regularly revised... The telephone service is always competent, friendly, prompt and patient :)
Right now I would like Nupian to be compatible with the new Kita database. It would make a lot of things easier for us.
