OneCrowd offers financing for startups. I'm a student and we dealt with startup financing as part of my studies. I got involved in two companies right away (250 EUR per company). Good to learn.

I have invested in a project. Unfortunately, the project did not fare so well at first. After about a year, the company had recovered. The process was communicated transparently by the project. Now there was also the interest and a bonus. It can happen that things don't go so well. I felt involved in all the steps the company took.

Based on promising advertisements and reports, I got involved in crowdinvesting a few years ago to diversify my investment portfolio, as is recommended everywhere. At Seedmatch, I have invested in 8 companies so far. The process alone: sign up, register and deposit works great and then that's it though. In the meantime, I have written off almost all of my investments, 3 companies are insolvent and the communication on the part of Seedmatch or OneCrowd, as they now call themselves, is very expandable - little clear and timely information, they often keep a low profile and feel rather left alone as an investor. Also, I strongly doubt the quality check on some projects that are on the platform. For me, unfortunately, this is not an investment alternative that I will continue to pursue in the future.

The overview on econeers under "investments" could be significantly improved. I would like to see details at a glance, for example: When is the next payout? When is the payment of interest and redemption? Did I buy shares or lend money? Is it subordination? Etc etc

Secondly, there are always problems logging onto econeers.

Had invested in a company, which then went bankrupt. That is part of a risk investment. That made me a little sad. OneCrowd communicated very well here and accompanied the investors during the insolvency. In a video conference, all questions could be asked and clarified. I was able to cope with the loss, and I thought OneCrowd's support was good.

I am satisfied in itself. But find that the clarity of my returns / losses can still be improved with about 10 investments. About a "small" rocket I was very happy, here I had then actually a tenbagger ;-)
The risk should be aware of everyone, are finally young companies.

I have been with the company for 3 years. I have made four investments in securities. One investment took longer, the rest was fine. Interest comes twice a year. Am curious when it comes to the issue of redemption. That is the crucial thing in the end. So far I am satisfied.

I have made more than 10 investments over the last 2 years. Except for a few interest payments, I can't report anything positive. In the meantime, one start-up is already insolvent. Another investment is also threatened with insolvency. And exactly with this investment I wonder if Seedmatch takes a close look at the offered projects and sanctions obligations of the start ups more strongly on its own.
