Fast, punctual and high-quality quotation processing and implementation of a 15 kP solar system on a semi-detached house including 24 kWh storage. Optimum scheduling and constant support throughout the project. As I myself work in other areas as an engineer in site supervision (construction management), my performance was absolutely convincing. A clear recommendation.

I have to say that Mr. Fabio M. is a very competent and friendly consultant, not at all pushy, which I really appreciate.
Once the order had been placed, everything was carried out as agreed, including the delivery and installation dates.
The fitters did a clean job and the system runs very well straight away.

Months passed between the completion of the installation and the notification. Now I have been waiting for almost 2 months for someone to be willing to check a warranty case. The battery and the inverter are no longer communicating. So far, I've only been given the runaround.

Full marks, as everything worked out perfectly.
I received 3 offers for a photovoltaic system 9 kWp, storage 8.7 kWh and backup power function (all very similar in price), decided on PEC because I felt very well advised by Mr. Spelda and the dimensions of the storage offered fitted well in our cellar.
Contract signed on 8.2.24, delivery of the system on 16.3, roof installation on 18.3, connection of the system on 27.3. Both the roof installation team and the electricians were very competent, polite, implemented small change requests without any problems and worked very cleanly. The deadlines announced were met absolutely on time. The system has been producing electricity since March 27. So far, everything has run and is running to our complete satisfaction.

PEC can give good advice to catch customers, but that's it. Afterwards you are left out in the cold, as PEC always relies on subcontractors. The quality varies from company to company.

It is almost impossible to reach a contact person for questions or follow-up support after installation. Promises to call back are regularly not kept.

Completion notification to the network operator was forgotten, resulting in a delay of over 6 months.

Project support = zero, aftercare = zerol

The roof installation was carried out well and with dedication. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the electrical installation: the fitters could not communicate in German and did not seem very competent. They didn't realize that only half of the system was working, so I had to find that out myself and make a complaint.
Ms. Wolf from the complaints department gave us good and generally prompt support, so thank you very much for that.

Average
Massive errors were made both in the electrical installation and in the installation of the solar panels. As a result, no electricity flowed into the storage medium for 3 months. After correcting the faulty electrical installation, it turns out that at least half of the solar panels are not connected correctly, so that only 30-40% of the promised output is currently being generated despite very sunny weather.
