We booked our trip with Mr. Kock more than a year ago. At that time there were still many restrictions due to COVID. Mr. Kock therefore advised us on the phone. The advice was absolutely professional. He first asked our wishes and ideas and then recommended a great trip, which we then booked. He continued to look after us very well even after the booking. We are completely satisfied and the trip with the "Otto Sverdrup " was the hammer. If we ever decide to go to Scandinavia again, the travel agency Kock will be our number 1 contact. Highly recommended.

Competent advice, but unfortunately the excursions do not take place as indicated, for example, excursions are canceled although passengers have registered. Hiking package needs to be booked in advance only in summer, in autumn or winter most of the hikes are canceled.
