We prepared the sale with Reiser Immobilien for almost 2 years in consultation with other experts (civil engineer) and then finalized it. As far as we can tell, Reiser's expertise in the region is excellent. They are absolutely familiar with the various special conditions on the peninsula (such as leasehold, use, etc.). Reiser Immobilien is a small but well-organized and well-connected real estate agency that responds to clients individually, courteously and competently. The support, whether in obtaining documents, answering questions or individual viewing appointments, was always excellent and fast. The principle of complete transparency and openness impressed us deeply and helped us a lot in our decision-making process. The commitment and individual advice, for example in preparation for the notary appointment, also set Reiser Immobilien apart from most other companies in the industry in a pleasant way. We felt that we were treated excellently, comprehensively and courteously.
I am therefore happy to recommend Reiser Immobilien without reservation.

I would have liked to have written something original or different in order to stand out from the "rating mainstream" on this site. However, that would not be true. The Reiser family combined a great deal of professionalism with a large dash of cordiality (comparisons are possible). I had the impression that I was selling a piece of butter, everything was so "lubricated" without me having to do anything. I hardly noticed that it was an apartment for which complex official regulations had to be arranged (including a notary contract). Selling on my own would have taken a lot more time and nerves. I have never been so happy to pay an estate agent's fee. I would even buy a used car from the Reiser family business, blindfolded. A big thank you to the whole team.

My personal experience with reiser immobilien has been positive without exception. Mrs. and Mr. Reiser provided me with exemplary and reliable support in the sale of the property from the first viewing to the notarization. They were always accessible and available at all times. All questions that arose were dealt with and resolved professionally and competently. In particular, I would like to mention the, in my view, sophisticated, market-oriented determination of the sales price by Mrs. and Mr. Reiser. I would entrust reiser immobilien with the marketing of a property again at any time.
