I experienced Sebastian during a training course to become an AI manager. I perceived his manner as very competent, emphatic and level-headed. It is important to him to understand his counterpart - which is why he responds to individual wishes and needs accordingly. Experience with AI Manager training: Great overview. Fresh from the field: theoretical basis and then lots of examples, practical relevance, live application. Always demands expectations and topics - and can then fulfill them. Very honest statements about what works and what doesn't. What doesn't work - always methodical recommendations for action. Broad AND deep wealth of experience.

This is the second time I have taken part in a workshop with Sebastian Eisenbürger at the HSB Academy and I am very impressed with how much I was able to take away with me. Sebastian understands the problems and needs of the students, always responds to their wishes and expectations and makes sure that everyone always feels taken care of. He has a lot of patience and experience. Individual offers are suggested that take people a step forward. Thank you very much once again. Would take part in Sebastian's courses at any opportunity. I was able to benefit from Sebastian's concentrated expert knowledge in a practical online workshop (as part of my web designer training at HSB). Sebastian manages to convey the complex world of web design and everything that goes with it in an understandable way even to "newcomers" and with his hands-on practical tips he takes away the "fear" of tackling professional website projects. 10/10!

Thank you very much for today's workshop. I was particularly impressed by your patience with the participants, it's rare to find such a good listener these days. But I think sometimes you can steer the conversation in the right direction if you feel that someone is not staying on topic or is constantly repeating themselves, because time is precious. Overall, I find your manner very pleasant and you gave us a lot of relevant, practical knowledge.
