Fair
Paid for their "Startup" Package. They showed me some designs they did for other customers in my industry. Those examples looked good. So what went wrong:
1. They delivered the final product on a "test site." I would have to pay more to transfer it? This was not clear to me. But they kept trying to upsell more stuff.
2. After I agreed on a design, they kept trying to upsell me rather than do what I requested. I am not unreasonable. I did not ask for major changes or something they could not do. I asked for them to take what they had and put in on my shopify site so i could add content instead of dummy data.

Get a more professional service. This is an advertising upsell company.
