At first you think, "I know how to make phone calls". But it turned out that we got some very good tips and ideas to become even better and to cope with difficult situations more calmly and better. Red line! Ask questions! Bringing the conversation back to you..... and and. Overall, it was one of the best trainings in a long time. Very entertaining and with the group work with the colleagues also very pleasantly, by the own development of some points one was "thereby" and did not have to read off only from any slides or listen to a boring seminar leader. I would book a seminar with Mr. Gassmann again at any time!!!!!!!
