With Starbuero, I decided otherwise. I have been a customer for many years and things are really great. It is simply a very reassuring feeling when you are in the store advising a customer, the phone rings and you know for sure that the caller will be well taken care of.
You then get an e-mail and get back to the caller. That's a great way to improve your customer service. And let's face it, Starbuero's prices are at least fair.

In your case, we unfortunately had to terminate the contract from our side, as there were several indications that our service was already used by you in the past under a different company name and the invoices were not paid.

I've only been using Starbüro for two weeks and can only say... why didn't I use this great, useful service much earlier. It's a great relief not to have to answer the phone all the time. I call back when I have time and during this time I am fully available for my customer.
