Basically great service. Suitcases were collected quickly and carefully from the ship. Delivery time of 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. was already met excellently at around 8.30 a.m.. So everything was great and highly recommended. 5 stars. If only it hadn't been for the delivery driver - extremely unfriendly and only wanted to leave the suitcases downstairs in the stairwell. After 4 requests, he grumpily carried them up to the 2nd floor. Tefra itself is a great service and I would recommend it at any time - as I have in the past. Unfortunately, this time the service provided by the Go employee didn't work as it should have. A pity, actually, because everything else was great.

We are delighted with the TEFRA service. The collection of our suitcases from the apartment within the aforementioned time window was punctual and problem-free. Likewise the delivery to the cruise ship, in each case with notification of the status by e-mail. In reverse order - ship/apartment - the same. We will definitely use this service again on our next trips.

An enormous relief. Suitcases were collected on time and were already in front of the ship's cabin after embarkation. The return journey was just as easy, arriving home 2 days later. Not cheap, but worth the money. We would be happy to do it again.

I have had very good experiences with Tefra for years. In today's evaluation, I would actually have to award a very good++ for customer service. Due to a change of address there was a discrepancy. Yesterday at 9 p.m. I informed Tefra of this by e-mail. Today at 8.30 a.m. the corrected order confirmation was in my e-mail inbox. More customer service is really not possible!
