My daughter 5 years has left her towel during the visit and we noticed it only at home, then we contacted the spa and it also came quickly that the towel was found but only for a fee of 5 euros is given out what I find pretty brazen! Therefore not a good rating from us!!!

Dear visitor,

Thank you for your review. Found items, such as towels, are always washed for reasons of hygiene. On our homepage you will find the following: "Found textiles (e.g. bathrobes, towels or swimwear) must be cleaned for reasons of hygiene. On collection, we charge the person collecting the textiles a fee of €5.00 per textile."
Only very few people are in a position to pick up the items they have left behind immediately. So please imagine a wet towel not being washed and kept for days... Apart from the fact that we don't want our employees to touch these lost property items, would you have wanted to take back a towel in this condition?
We reserve the right to charge a handling fee for this effort and ask for your understanding.

I always enjoy spending time in your sauna area, especially in the relaxation rooms, which are so beautifully equipped with halogen lights. That creates a unique atmosphere. I would be really happy if you continued to do this🙂

Great swimming pool. You can spend the whole day there with the whole family for a small fee. It's a pity that as a Munich resident I have to drive all the way to Neusäß to experience a really great day of swimming, fun and relaxation. I can really only recommend a visit.

I particularly like the fact that the team uses natural aromas for some of the infusions. The lounger swings and the lovely decorations are a bonus. It's also always nice to experience a sound session.
I enjoy the time to relax and unwind.

I've been going to the Titania (sauna) every week for over 2 years, usually on Saturdays or Sundays. It is true that repairs are occasionally needed, e.g. to the floor panels after frost, and it would also be nice if the water jet in the grotto were switched on again. However, I can say that the team has already worked hard during Corona to keep things running and continues to offer attractive infusions despite the high gas prices. Once you know the team and have experienced how much the personality of the sauna attendants can make an infusion a special experience, you won't want to miss it again. Eddy, for example, always manages to combine good music, a good atmosphere and good infusions, but the other regular team, including Wolfi, Annette, Robert, Apostulos, Werner, Simon and many more, also do a great job and create a personal relationship with the guests. Our group uses the restaurant every week - the team is so fast that you can eat between two infusions, you won't experience that anywhere else and the food is consistently good. The team also manages to cope with large crowds. Hands up! Try Neusäß and don't be impressed by the reviews, they are definitely not representative.

Titania has overcome the pandemic with great dedication and has made a noticeable effort to be active for visitors. The infusion masters have very different characters and some, such as Eddi, manage to sweep visitors away in seconds and turn the infusion into an incomparable group experience. This is a unique selling point compared to spa style with lax pours without life. This is also demonstrated by the fact that young families with children enjoy saunas in Neusäß. The management should not deviate from the youthful course under any circumstances, especially not at weekends. It is also important that the sauna masters remain present and approachable; they are the interface to the business. Gastronomy is 1+ extremely fast and always friendly. Keep it up!!!

We went to titania as a couple just to have a sauna, would be very nice if we didn't have to pay the full entrance fee. Saunas were ok. What was really annoying was that people were talking loudly in the sauna during the infusions and the sauna master didn't say anything to these particular people. It was very annoying.

We are pleased that you particularly enjoyed our gastronomic offer. At the same time, we regret that you did not find the relaxation you were looking for and can understand your opinion.
In addition to being a place of relaxation, the sauna is of course also a place of communication. Our infusions are therefore designed in such a way that we try to reflect both. This gives our guests the opportunity to choose an infusion to suit their taste. Accordingly, the various offers are also set out in the infusion plan.
The infusions must then be implemented by both the visitors and the infuser according to their designated character. We will discuss again with the team how this can be done permanently and reliably. A visit to the sauna should be restful and relaxing for every guest.

I am a daytime sauna user. It is incomprehensible that the loungers in the upper relaxation area are so close together (10 cm distance from backrest to backrest) that they cannot be used at all without causing noise.

I was in the sauna "Ladies Night" yesterday and was very disappointed. There were a lot of male employees in sports shorts and sweaters, which wasn't appropriate at all. A man doing the infusions was entertaining but still totally inappropriate on a women's day. There was a man at the bar and one who was running back and forth the whole time, looking into all the rooms and fingering sockets. He stared at every woman without being ashamed of it. Half an hour before closing time, the men also aggressively went into the saunas and showers and women were rushed to hurry up. Outrageous! This is not a women's sauna, but harassment of women!

All loungers in the sauna area were reserved by guests despite (or due to) high visitor numbers on Sunday. Contrary to the signs, the supervisory staff did NOT intervene and tolerated the permanent occupancy of the loungers.

We have been trying to counteract this for some time with various measures. For example, we have set up a whole series of express loungers in the relaxation room on the second floor, which may not be occupied. Our staff always clear these away during their rounds. However, we ask for your understanding that they cannot do this permanently. If you find yourself searching in vain for a free lounger again, please speak to one of our employees directly. Hello ,
I was in Titania again today and at the entrance I had such an unfriendly and strange lady at the cash desk for the 2nd time in a month that I would have liked to leave right away. But of course we went in for the sake of my son. But now I have to vent the lady short black grayish hair with glasses about mid-50s is so outrageous and unfriendly I always wonder how such people are allowed to work in service. Simply inappropriate if you have to be served by someone like that at the checkout. If you are dissatisfied then you'd better stay at home and please don't take your moods out on the customer. I hope this person will be gone sooner or later. Would be an enrichment for all customers.

Thank you for your comment. As our plants are almost exclusively replicas, they do not receive such regular care. During our annual maintenance periods, we also devote more time to the artificial plants. We have been trying to save the one "real" green plant in the lounge of the archipelago sauna for some time now. But we haven't given up our efforts yet...

For weeks, a shower in the sauna, ladies' area, has been defective, so only 1!!!! shower available.
This is more than annoying! Waiting times after the sauna must be taken into account, so that the sauna time may have to be exceeded and there is a risk of additional payment. Although the cause lies with the operator.
Why isn't a notice posted, for example, explaining what is so difficult about repairing a shower?

Thank you for your feedback. The shower in question in the sauna was put back into operation last weekend.
Of course, the repair of the showers is not always in our hands. We often have to rely on external companies and ensure that the appropriate spare parts are available promptly.
For the sake of completeness, we would also like to point out that there are many more showers available on the upper and first floors, both in the sauna and in the Badewelt.

There's a lot to do!
Went to the Titania today, 09.01 2024, to have a sauna. Sauna access blocked on the 1st floor. Down to the bathroom, from there to the sauna. No showers on the ground floor. Up to the second floor to shower. (On the way home the other way round) After the first sauna session: two showers out of order. at least the infusions were good. Otherwise a lot of things don't work, the price of € 39 for a day ticket is absolutely excessive! Unfortunately, there are no alternatives in the immediate vicinity, so you have to drive a bit further, but with the offer at the inflated price, it's worth it!

Thank you for your opinion. Unfortunately, we are dependent on external companies for the maintenance of our shower system and the turnstile.
After making an appointment for the turnstile, we received a cancellation for the repair due to illness, so the appointment has been postponed to calendar week 04. An on-site appointment with a plumber will not take place until the end of February'24 for the showers. We hope that the repair work can then be completed and that we do not have to wait for possible replacement parts. We can only ask for your understanding in this regard.

The prices for the sauna are not justified. You pay for the bath even though it is not used. A separate entrance just for the sauna without going into the bathroom would be more than sensible and in keeping with the times.
The new scents are not good since 01.01.2024. Smells partly like rubber seals. Whereby everything citrus and fruit is very good.

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, our structural conditions do not currently allow for a separate sauna entrance. As all changing rooms are located in the Badewelt area, the sauna can only be entered through this area. However, we will be happy to forward your suggestion to the owner of Titania Neusäß.

Reserving loungers and other seating is annoying and is also against our house and bathing rules. We already have an orange cover on the head section of many loungers on the upper floor, which indicates that the loungers may not be reserved. But even notices and signs don't help much, the only thing left to do is to clear the loungers. It goes without saying that we will instruct our team to act more consistently here. You are welcome to go to our staff at any time and have your sun loungers cleared.

In fact, we are now using new sauna oils for some infusions. These are products made from purely natural essential oils. We want to return to more naturalness, as in the past the natural aroma was often replaced by imitations. In addition, we do not celebrate all infusions with the new fragrances. Because natural oils cannot reproduce all fragrances, the only option here is to use the familiar nature-identical infusion concentrates.

I think the sauna is great, but unfortunately we were very disappointed that most of the loungers were reserved. It's a total shame to search all the relaxation rooms for a free lounger after a sauna session, and on 3/4 of the loungers there is only a towel without an owner.

Thank you for your review. Of course, the Titania is full to the brim every day during the winter vacations. We point this out with an entry on the start page of our homepage:
"Dear bathing and sauna guests, we appreciate your interest and ask you to note the following information: During the vacations as well as at weekends and on public holidays, there may be admission stops with waiting times. We will always inform you directly via our social media channels."
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to display the current capacity utilization on our homepage. Even if we show you that there are still places available, this can change in a matter of minutes. As a rule, we are completely full within 1 to 1.5 hours after the facility opens.
For this reason, we only offer 4-hour tickets for families during these times, in order to ensure at least a somewhat predictable flow of visitors and to enable more guests to visit.

I really enjoy being here. The infusions are very varied, the staff really make an effort to please the guests, especially Eddy😉, a big compliment at this point 👌The menu is varied, there are always new seasonal dishes. All in all, Titania is definitely worth a visit.
