I needed a new start-stop button for an e-trolley (within the warranty period). On the phone I was promised a fast, free replacement delivery, also a verbal explanation of how to replace the button was given. After 2 days, the new button was in the mailbox, a detailed, illustrated instructions were sent by e-mail. The change went off without a hitch.

After several years, the bag - holder closed with rubber bands.Kurze email to Tour Made promptly came the Anrwort, photographing the part and I already had an offer." Days later it was mounted and I on the round. What I like, after years, the material is accurate fit, valuable and always looks "Nobel" from.It is an eye-catcher, ask how the was certainly expensive, which is from .... are the order of the day, simply top. Easy to set up and take down, small size ready to use in minutes.
This was one of the best decisions, against my colleagues seem like old wooden deck chairs that are only with operating instructions to build.

After my wife has bought about 2 years ago at the company Tour Made the electric trolley HC7S, which runs since that time absolutely reliable and problem-free, I bought at the beginning of February 2023 also at Tour Made the "Haicaddy 9S".The trolley is extremely light and quick to assemble or fold, yet very stable. The handling is completely unproblematic and reliable in any terrain. In addition, the battery performance is formidable. Overall, we are completely satisfied and can only recommend the company Tour Made and their products.

The offer of Tour Made I find really great, here everyone finds the right trolley for you and your needs. In addition, I find the price-performance ratio simply brilliant. Delivery was super fast, all necessary information was included, if something was not self-explanatory for one, one was helped super fast.
I also find the website well designed, everything is clear and well organized.

The front wheel of my trolley was defective, a spoke was broken at the rim. After I reported this to company Tour Made GmbH, I should still send a photo. Subsequently, I received an e-mail that the same day a new wheel -without charge- was sent. That's what I call top service. I am totally satisfied. And every time I walk around the golf course with my trolley, I will think of this service. Thanks a lot

I ordered the Haicaddy HC7 at the beginning of the year... and have not regretted it to this day.
The included bag reduces the caddy to a small pack size and easy to transport.
The assembly takes less than a minute, very easy and ready to go.
The supplied battery is enough for two 18-hole rounds without any problems, tested several times even in hilly terrain.
Unbeatable price-performance ratio, great service, very clear buy recommendation!!!!

First class service after sale. My electric trolley is an excellent choice after 6 months of use now. Had 2 times a self-inflicted damage, which was fixed in each case and always with goodwill. Is not self-evident from my point of view. Therefore, I would buy again at any time at Tour Made.

Ordered the HC7 Trolley and already 2 days later it was there. Makes a very valuable impression and has simply made fun on the first rounds. I want to highlight the very competent purchase advice from Mr. Gölzer, which was always oriented to my needs. I first wanted to buy a HC9, but it was then recommended to me the HC7, because I do not actually need the parking brake. Super trolley, fantastic advice.

I had a problem with the on/off button on my RT-610S. This appeared to be oversensitive.
However, the function deteriorated and I contacted Tour Made and described the problem. Within 2 business days I received a new push button as well as the replacement instructions. Now it works as it should. Thank you Felix N.

It must be said, finally a product where no trouble is.
For over 5 years I have the Tour made and am fully satisfied.

Had previously an electric trolley that begins with the letter K... (2-3 times as expensive)
broken after 4-5 years not repairable.

The Tour made everything with it, every slope and downhill. Simply robust and very reliable and easy to handle.
Also very important the customer service works perfectly, advice is competent and goes to the concerns and requests gladly and in detail.
