I have been a customer of Mr. Dirks for some time now and have nothing but positive things to say. Mr. Dirks has always advised me competently, patiently and individually on all my insurance issues. He always takes a lot of time to understand my concerns and finds customized solutions that fit my situation exactly. I particularly appreciate the fact that he acts independently and always presents me with the best offers on the market - without being pushy!!!

Even when I have more complex questions, he explains the issues clearly and with understanding. His reliability, quick feedback and commitment make him a trustworthy partner.

I would also give it 6 stars if it were possible. I've been putting off switching to private health insurance for a long time because I have a very busy job as a pilot. I've already had consultations on this topic, but the previous advisors gave me stomach aches when it came to difficult issues and questions, and they "pushed me around" so that I simply didn't feel comfortable there. Mr. Dirks took this away from me and gave me extremely professional advice from start to finish. Together we found the best tariff for me, Mr. Dirks was really very helpful and patient when I still had questions. In the end, I can only advise everyone to take care of this important issue at an early stage and to contact Mr. Dirks. It's a shame that I didn't get in touch with you sooner. I will definitely recommend you to others!

My consultation with Ms. Taddigs was excellent. I feel very well taken care of with her. If I have any questions or concerns, she is always there for me immediately. The consultation and application are completely digital and I am able to do everything from home. The entire process went very smoothly and uncomplicated. An excellent consultation! I felt well taken care of all around without being sold something you don't need or want.
Everything was handled digitally. I was able to submit all the necessary signatures digitally on my smartphone and didn't have to have any annoying paperwork sent to me by post.

Our experience with Mr. Dirks has been super!

He has helped us very well in the area of construction financing, as well as in the insurance area! We were looking for financing for our single-family home and wanted the best credit conditions.

Mr. Dirks made us a very good offer and knew the answer to every question.

I am a self-employed data analyst/data scientist and was looking for private health insurance. Rouven Dirks took a lot of time for me and explained everything to me in detail. He presented different rates and options and answered all my questions in detail.

After several discussions, I decided to switch to private health insurance and from that point on I didn't have to do anything because he took care of everything that needed to be done.

I am especially impressed that he answers all questions that come up immediately and you always get support. His humorous manner and positive charisma complete the overall picture.

I would give 6 stars if that were possible. Therefore, an absolute and unreserved recommendation from me for anyone who is looking for a competent insurance broker.

Right from our first meeting, Mr. Dirks took a lot of time to understand my personal situation and identify my needs. Thanks to his extensive experience and expertise, he was able to offer me a customized insurance solution that was perfectly tailored to my individual needs. Transparency and comprehensibility were always emphasized, so that I always felt I was in good hands.

I am a dentist and recently started in the profession. Mr. Dirks took out health insurance, disability insurance as well as private and professional liability for me and advised me in these areas. At all times I felt I received honest, results-oriented and highly knowledgeable advice. Mr. Dirks understood what was important to me and struck the right balance between taking these wishes into account and providing professional advice in the event of potential problems or disadvantages arising from these wishes. Rouven Dirks was very helpful in helping me choose my private health insurance and worked with me on a financing concept for our single-family home.
Everything was handled digitally and was explained very clearly. Mr. Dirks is a super insurance broker and financing advisor. He knows his business!

The only negative point was that the new liability insurance was much more expensive than the old one. I was kicked out of the old insurance due to too much damage.
