Particularly valuable for me were the changes in perspective that arose during the strategy seminar.
For example, my performance communicates a solution to the customer's challenge that may not yet be in his relevant set. Instead, he continues to search for solutions he is familiar with - even if they have not yet led him to his goal. This change of perspective enables a new approach to addressing potential customers.

How can we reach our desired target group online? Richard and Lisa know and name the topics in a presentation, they show and explain why it sometimes doesn't work so well and also how to do it correctly. With many examples they illustrate their statements and explanations.
In addition, it becomes clear where they themselves see your strengths and can stand by you as a partner - but did not have the impression to participate in an advertising event.
During the practical website check I had "AHA" moments: our company website definitely still has potential to develop. First recognize and then implement - thank you for the valuable info!

Great! No marketing blah-blah, no phrases, no "my solution helps everyone". Very good explanations of the view from the customer's perspective. Great examples of search terms and word combinations. Live analysis of your own website, just great. Richard and Lisa come across as friendly and down to earth in this no-nonsense format.

I'm sure you did it for well-intentioned reasons, having my site judged in my absence. It feels to me like I am talking about someone to others who is not in the room. Do you understand what I mean? About the referral: I can't recommend you to my clients after a webinar yet. I don't know you well enough to do that.
