From a technical point of view: it couldn't be worse. 6 seconds loading time to open a ticket?
An absolute disaster for working. No links to tickets, no dependencies, every few hours or when reloading the page you have to log in again. Excel is much more intuitive and faster.
I have used time booking tools over 20 years and this is by far the worst software I've ever worked with! There are major issues with the product which must be changed otherwise I don't see smart companies extend their contract after the first year!!!!!
ProAD is a well-suited solution for our purposes and has fully established itself in the agency's daily routine in 3 months. The setup and the roll-out in the team was well prepared by JD, everything went very smoothly. There is room for improvement in the areas of intuitive operation and responsive design, although the stronger competitors in this area also offer significantly less depth. After some adjustments and optimizations in the internal workflow, we are now at a stage where we would buy ProAD again and also recommend it.
Finally, the support and customer service are exemplary.
PROAD facilitates our daily agency work to a considerable extent. We have been using PROAD for several years now. Initially, we started with our master data, projects and time recording. In the meantime, we have added project management via tasks and project planning. Thanks to the modular structure, we were able to start with exactly those areas that were important to us and add further areas step by step.
We can no longer imagine our daily agency life without PROAD.
As an agency, we have been customers there for a long time, the solution works more badly than right, errors are not corrected and if only with billing of the effort, no one can answer detailed questions, but the time is still billed. If we were with our data are so trapped in the system we would be long gone from there.
A personal/tel. Contact regarding problems/technical support is very difficult, since contact persons only respond by mail - even if a callback is requested. As a small company without a separate system administrator, it is rather tedious to deal with mail ping-pong correspondence and the associated time delays and internal effort.
The consulting is top, every "problem/topic" is addressed and implemented in a targeted, professional and flexible manner.
The training is very understandable and goal-oriented.
I feel very well advised and there are no "stupid questions".

I am 100% convinced of the PROAD software and the product matched excellently with our needs as a digital agency. The support is excellent. Especially in the early days, there are a lot of customization options. We were advised very quickly, efficiently and expertly ... and the whole thing on a very pleasant and personal level. More is not possible!
