Super great, well equipped daycare with super lovely coaches in Widnau and Altstätten. All fitness coaches are very helpful (Aleksa, Claudia, soo lovely 😍) . Also the course instructors are top (Manuela is hammer), the group curricula in Widnau and Altstätten are super fun 💪 The sauna in Altstätten is included, as a reward after the sport. Great price / performance. Highly recommended 🥰

A big thank you to the team you do a great job. You are always treated courteously and friendly at Fitness Nöllen and there is a collegial atmosphere. The equipment is constantly renewed. The rooms are cleaned several times a day. In addition, a variety of group lessons are offered. From yoga to HIIT, there is something for every fitness level. The interest in the group lessons is very high, so an additional group room would soon be worthwhile in Widnau, wouldn't it?
The only problem for me is that the music, especially in Altstätten, is not really turned up during the group lessons. A good music is absolutely necessary for Funtone. :-)

Employees are always there to answer your questions and give you tips if necessary. Come to you if, for example, you do not perform an exercise correctly and explain this to you. ALWAYS friendly can have a good chat with them!
Visit the studio regularly and also look forward to the staff (Jasmina ☺️) Am glad I chose this studio would recommend it!

Super Möglichkeit von Probetraining mit Einführung an den Geräten. Professionelle Beratung und Ermittlung der Trainingsziele. Gepflegtes Center und nette Menschen. Würde es in Widnau noch eine Sauna geben, dann wären es volle 5 Sterne überall!

I am actually a MTB and hiking "fair weather sportsman".

Since I want to maintain my fitness even in the cold season or on wet days, I decided to join the Nöllen fitness center after the 10-day trial membership.

The Fitnesscenter Nöllen Widnau (& Altstätten) meets my expectations of a fitness center. For endurance, there are entertaining group fitness offers (e.g. spinning), many endurance machines and the "circuit training" gives me an ideally dosed portion of strength training, a good thing since I have an "office job".
