Poor
2 cars were due to change car insurance at the end of 2023. Although the documents were there in good time, neither insurance change came about, one car had 2 insurances for 3 months, which were also debited and in the end, after independent research, the old, expensive insurance remained. After several reminders and e-mail contact, they wanted to take care of it. However, this did not happen and there was no response. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

It appears that Mr. Reinhardt's approach to the matter is sometimes insufficiently informed. Misinformation leads to unwanted contract continuations. Unfortunately, the advice is not 100% reliable.
