Katja has an incredibly empathetic, logical and goal-oriented approach to mental coaching. She takes a very individual approach to personal problem areas and works on them in a very targeted way. In addition, Katja is extremely motivating. I have been able to work on myself significantly in a short period of time, which is reflected in my athletic successes. When I met Katja 2 years ago as my skydiving instructor, I quickly realized that Katja plays an important role for me as a mental coach. Even at the beginning of the training, when I wanted to take on new challenges, I experienced Katja's words and strategies as mental support. I felt physically as well as mentally overwhelmed before my first jump and received peace and strength to complete the first jump through Katja's words.
Over the course of the last 2 years, I experienced Katja as my mental companion. In difficult situations, whether at work, in sports or in my private life, I learn through Katja how to see things from a different perspective. Through her support I manage to breathe deeply, relax and take the next step. I highly recommend the mountain meditation from her podcast, which I listen to and enjoy again and again.
Katja is super personable. As a coach, she conveys her knowledge extremely well. Always calm and relaxed, responds to questions and you can always talk to her. You can also tell that she has fun doing it and that transmits!
I personally find her initiative to impart knowledge to other people admirable; be it the Track Dayz she organizes, 1-to-1 coaching in skydiving or her Mental Power Podcast.
I have been able to accompany Katja on her BASE adventures and it was remarkable to see how calm and collected she is in the moment before a jump, yet focused. But she also knows her limits and doesn't take risks indiscriminately. You really notice that she lives what she teaches!

My professional life as a doctor and my extreme sport (wingsuit flying) are full of demanding situations. There is little room for distractions and no room for big mistakes. Mental strength means being able to call up your performance in exactly these situations.
In the 6 week intensive course Katja took a lot of time for me. In the current time via VideoChat - comfortably from the couch at home. We first worked out together where I currently stand. Here alone you learn a lot about yourself. The coaching sessions consist of a pleasant mixture of lectures (for a better understanding of the theory and matter) and practical exercises. In practice, I was able to learn, among other things, how to apply or perform meditation in the first place. Through the guided practical exercises, it is now possible for me to meditate "properly", which was not possible before through self-experimentation. Furthermore, we worked out the areas and thought patterns that were limiting my mental performance. Katja then taught me step by step techniques to optimize these areas. I can now apply them in challenging situations with great success. At first I was undecided whether coaching of this kind would be worthwhile for me at all, since I consider myself to be a mentally strong person and am successful professionally. However, I can only recommend to everyone who is concerned with optimizing their own personality and strengthening their own mental performance - Try it ! No matter in which status you are - there is always a possibility to optimize yourself even further! Katja's open and uncomplicated manner made it possible that we always had a very relaxed atmosphere and a lot of fun in the coaching sessions! In my opinion, this is also very important, because then learning is much easier.
Overall, it was a very enriching and great experience for me, which I can now continue!

If you fully commit to working on yourself, then it opens completely new doors. Katja helped me a lot to first recognize where my problem was and how it affected all my actions. With her help, with meditation and with techniques she showed me, I was able to motivate myself anew and set new clear goals. I am now ready to implement them, as I always hoped I would. Katja Seyffardt has an extraordinary gift for bringing self-confidence & athletic potential out of you. She applies her program of ''Sport Mental Coaching'' and teaches confidence and skill in individual stages. I had fortunately met her 2 years ago when I started riding again at the age of 53. Thanks to her I was able to virtually reprogram deeply rooted fears and blockages and wrongly learned body awareness. The road to perfection is a long one, but thanks to her I am finally in "flow" with horse and body.
Recently I received the mountain meditation from her. Truly a gift in these crazy times! With her beautiful voice she took me on the journey of being a mountain.

I am very grateful for the professional work of Ms. Seyffardt. Through mental training, she succeeded in giving my daughter (16 years old) back the confidence in her own strength and the joy of sports. As an extreme athlete sometimes the mental stress can deviate you considerably from focusing and obtaining your goal. Hence the importance of a good mental coach in moments in which you need to perform.
I had the chance to work with Katja in a recent project, which entailed very arduous physical and psychological work. The project was focused on some activities in which I'm not current, nor have I ever previously done.
Adding a lot of stress and self-doubts in a few occasions, having someone like Katja with me, helped me get back in track and delivering results.
Mental training not only taught me how to get rid of stress but also to learn new things as your brain is not focusing on battling fear.
