My professional life as a doctor and my extreme sport (wingsuit flying) are full of demanding situations. There is little room for distractions and no room for big mistakes. Mental strength means being able to call up your performance in exactly these situations.
In the 6 week intensive course Katja took a lot of time for me. In the current time via VideoChat - comfortably from the couch at home. We first worked out together where I currently stand. Here alone you learn a lot about yourself. The coaching sessions consist of a pleasant mixture of lectures (for a better understanding of the theory and matter) and practical exercises. In practice, I was able to learn, among other things, how to apply or perform meditation in the first place. Through the guided practical exercises, it is now possible for me to meditate "properly", which was not possible before through self-experimentation. Furthermore, we worked out the areas and thought patterns that were limiting my mental performance. Katja then taught me step by step techniques to optimize these areas. I can now apply them in challenging situations with great success. At first I was undecided whether coaching of this kind would be worthwhile for me at all, since I consider myself to be a mentally strong person and am successful professionally. However, I can only recommend to everyone who is concerned with optimizing their own personality and strengthening their own mental performance - Try it ! No matter in which status you are - there is always a possibility to optimize yourself even further! Katja's open and uncomplicated manner made it possible that we always had a very relaxed atmosphere and a lot of fun in the coaching sessions! In my opinion, this is also very important, because then learning is much easier.
Overall, it was a very enriching and great experience for me, which I can now continue!
