I have received coaching on a topic that has accompanied me for at least 45 years. The topic has always led to stressful situations and even arguments.
In the Choaching I could process the whole thing with Laura in such a way that it no longer represents a restriction for me and I remain completely calm in these situations. For me, this has resulted in a whole new quality of life.
So at this point again many thanks!!!!

I have had two coaching sessions with Laura so far. Her empathetic and loving manner made me feel at ease every second and I had absolute trust. She met me at eye level and, with enormous appreciation, brought me to a clarity that I had only dreamed of before. I was not even aware of how much certain issues in my life had blocked me and now already notice such an enormous lightness and freedom.

It was a great workshop over 2 days. Laura is with heart and goes very well to the participants. Through the many practical parts, the learned could be practiced immediately and thus better internalized.

I booked the horse warrior with Laura Ruhland. Self-leadership and being able to trust yourself were my buzzwords for signing up.
I got so much more! My self-confidence has grown a lot and I can stand up for myself more without being and looking egotistical. Through the work with the horses, my leadership and clarity was reflected back to me in a very visual way and I was allowed to learn from it.
I recommend the horse warrior unreservedly and from the bottom of my heart.

A direct implementation was possible through the many practical exercises with the horses but also with the participants. Again and again the bridge was built to the leadership role and there was a reflection of what was learned. - Really something different and great, only to recommend! :)

I was able to experience Laura at the Horse Warrior Seminar. It was a wonderful experience. It still impresses me how deeply the experience was felt. Laura is very transparent, led us through the workshop very lovingly, but with crystal clarity.
I can wholeheartedly recommend everyone to participate in the Horse Warrior with her.

Laura combines all this with an expertise that puts many in the shade. I have come to know her as a coach, how she manages with only a few targeted questions to stimulate me to think and it is also able to listen to the sentences between what is said.

This great woman has taken my heart by storm with her big heart and her cheerful, warm, empathetic nature.
Apart from that I have experienced so many great insights and experiences through her and with her as well as healing on the highest level.
