Ich habe Tickets für ein Konzert gekauft und hatte viele Fragen am Telefon. Sie kümmerten sich umgehend um Rückfragen. Die Geschäftszeiten sind sehr kundenfreundlich. Ich könnte mein Ticket abholen bis kurz vor dem Konzert.
