So we are very happy with the program so far. There is no need to do any bow registrations manually anymore - there has been no criticism so far and the parents and kids are eagerly registering. The draw is still to come. Then we are curious to see how things will continue.

I am a user experience consultant and nupian booked me for a user experience workshop to have the software analyzed on the one hand and to get suggestions on the other hand.

I got to know nupian in the collaboration as human and service-oriented developers, who care about the well-being of the users and all customers of the vacation programs. Their drive is to make their software, which is very mature, even easier to use, to integrate even more useful features, so that the providers of vacation programs and the participants of the events can easily manage their administrative processes and bookings.

I put myself in the role of a user, created an event myself and did the tasks that a user also uses. Everything is easy to understand and support is always very easy to reach. In addition, everything is explained to a new customer/user by support the first time they use it. This is outstanding. Nobody is left alone. It's like Apple! What a great service!

The program is an incredible simplification of work. All parents can always be informed about changes by mail, where before you had to phone long lists. Waiting lists are no longer necessary, as parents can log in at any time and rebook actions. One can see at a glance the outstanding accounts. Can immediately separate cash payments and transfers (education card) during the payment process. Clear participant lists that can be sent directly to the organizer. One always has current and also correct data of the children, since the parents must register themselves. All parents got the registration and bookings implemented without any problems.
If something does not work out or is more difficult, there is always a friendly and patient support on the phone. Thank you very much!

Right now I would like Nupian to be compatible with the new Kita database. It would make a lot of things easier for us.

The GJR remains, but I am quitting after 33 years in the honorary office of youth care and have always been satisfied with the program, especially with the current level reached.
