I have made more than 10 investments over the last 2 years. Except for a few interest payments, I can't report anything positive. In the meantime, one start-up is already insolvent. Another investment is also threatened with insolvency. And exactly with this investment I wonder if Seedmatch takes a close look at the offered projects and sanctions obligations of the start ups more strongly on its own.

Hi. Am invested in 10 companies, small amounts to diversify. Currently 4 companies pay me interest semi-annually, 2 companies are in critical condition and 4 companies have performed "normally". Hope a rocket will be there and compensate me for the shortfall.

Unfortunately, there is a password dictatorship at Seedmatch, they require upper and lower case letters, number and special characters as password. A password dictatorship is abhorrent to me. By pure coincidence, my password list on paper fell into my hands today. Then I logged in, today it worked and saw: Today is the last day for the Heise-Haus bond. Without your password dictatorship, my password would simply be Seedmatch with the year of my birth behind it. A password dictatorship is not for everyone. Investors who oppose it stop giving money on Seedmatch and other OneCrowd features.

Fast and uncomplicated processing in the first steps. The bond has yet to be booked into the securities account. Whether this is all worthwhile remains to be seen. I'm optimistic, sounds good for now.

As a long-time investor in various projects of the OneCrowd platforms, I have been following the development of the companies and also the platforms for a while now. First I was an investor on Seedmatch, later I became aware of the other OneCrowd platforms and invested there as well. I miss a bit the overview of all offers of the 3 platforms and also the switch between the platforms is sometimes a bit uncomfortable, although it is communicated that they belong together. I find the selection of projects on the platforms very diverse - I would not invest in every project, but there are always interesting companies with promising records. The returns from my investments confirm that, although there have also been 2 defaults. That's the risk you have to be aware of.

I have invested in 2022 in the company ReConcept and the company Organic Garden. Smaller amounts in each case for me. The company Organic Garden reports quarterly on the development, which feels good. I have also received the first interest. Feel good to have invested in these two companies. I may invest in one or two more companies.

It is an impertinence how you deal with customers. I would like to talk to you about it, but you only have an answering machine and when I ask you to answer, you don't answer - that's what you call service, customer service, etc.? ? I call it a disaster.

Update 18.01.2023: The problem could be clarified and I was assured that such behavior is not common in the company - then we hope :-)
