I am extremely dissatisfied. The goods were not delivered within the promised date. Which can be quite times. What does not work that you have to ask yourself whether the date is held (the baptism date was known to the responsible employee), you are not informed that the goods are shipped late and on my renewed request is answered "You are not the only one waiting". Two days before the baptism I have to look for a replacement gift.

The answer may have been unfortunate at first, but from a service point of view we agree with you and have made internal adjustments. In June, there were actual delays for which we apologized, as in your case. Unfortunately, we have little influence on the delivery of the gold bars and have to wait ourselves. We have stated our delivery time as up to 10 working days. Your order was from 07.06., paid via PayPal on 07.06., receipt of your shipment on 21.06.. that means in your case the 10 working days were unfortunately fully exhausted. We hope you are nevertheless satisfied and were pleased with the card. In the meantime, the market and the procurement of gold bars 1 gram again somewhat calmed down, we ship again after a few days. I ordered exactly one week ago and received an order confirmation. The next day I paid in advance. When I had not received a payment confirmation after 3 days, I contacted customer service. I received an automatic mail. This was already 4 days ago. No answer. No delivery. No confirmation. Money gone. So far, unfortunately, I can not say more. Except that I am very disappointed because I was very happy about the gift for someone.

The telephone contact was very pleasant, my request regarding the delivery service was taken into account. The production and delivery was extremely fast (ordered Wednesday evening, delivered Saturday noon). The card arrived very sturdy and securely packaged with me.
The gift bag (included) to the gift gold bar is original and pretty and at other suppliers absolutely not self-evident.
The self-design of the gift card including uploading own photos also works perfectly on my smartphone, which was very important for me. You can always see before ordering how the finished card would look and can still correct.
I would perhaps still wish that gold bars in the sizes 2g, 3g, 5g and 10g, also for self-design, could be offered.
My conclusion: from the order to the fast delivery, everything went perfectly. The card looks very nice.

A small note I would have nevertheless : please label in the future the shipping packages with a "do not bend" or similar because some Packetlieferanten these reinstopfen in the mailbox :( one of our cards was therefore somewhat damaged
