Have had dog health insurance Comfort for 3 months. Submitted a bill two weeks ago and have not received a response yet. And the vet bill would also not be reimbursed yet. By mail I get no answer. Am disappointed. The promises are empty. I do not know where all the reviews with 5 stars come from.

Unfortunately, spring is particularly claims-intensive for us every year, which is why we are currently experiencing waiting times of up to three weeks. We are making every effort to work through this period of increased claims volume as quickly as possible and quickly return to our usual short processing times.
Usually, veterinary invoices for the PANDA protection budget are paid within 48 hours and more complex veterinary invoices within a maximum of 5 days.
