This single session brought about a change in me that I hadn’t been able to experience for many years—not even during long-term therapy.

For the first time in over 20 years, I was able to remain truly stable in an emotionally extremely challenging situation. And even more amazing: that stability has remained. Today, I can talk about the issue without immediately being overwhelmed by my emotions. To be honest, that feels like a real breakthrough.

Paula guided the session with an extraordinary blend of sensitivity, clarity, and genuine empathy. It was palpable at every moment how deep her understanding of this work is—and that this is precisely where she has found her particular strength. Her way of working is not only highly professional but also incredibly sensitive and attentive on a human level.

I am deeply grateful to Paula for what she was able to achieve with me in such a short time. This experience has brought about a lasting change in me in a way I never would have thought possible. I went into the session with a mix of hope but also great skepticism, and even several weeks later, I am still surprised that this single session has so fundamentally broken my ‘trauma reaction chain.’

Paula is a very empathetic EMDR process facilitator and a professional in her field. I can only recommend anyone to use her coaching services, it is truly life changing.

Paula has accompanied me on my personal journey for over ten years. Since I have been doing EMDR sessions with her, I have experienced profound inner changes that have gradually become apparent in my outer life (in encounters, relationships and life decisions).
By working with her, I have learned to understand myself better, to take my inner reactions seriously and to perceive my boundaries more clearly. I now make more and more decisions more consciously, from a better body awareness and with more trust in myself and my path.
What I particularly appreciate about working with Paula is her way of accompanying the process. She works very sensitively, is present and at the same time incredibly clear. She senses exactly when guidance is needed and when space is allowed to develop. This makes every session feel safe, supported and at the same time very self-effective for me.
An important part of this process for me was also the experience that my inner changes not only bring calm, but sometimes initially restlessness and short phases of disorientation. When my old heaviness falls away, space is created for something new and sometimes it feels as if my body doesn't quite know what to do now. Paula manages to accompany this transition well, without pushing or overburdening me, but picking me up exactly where I am.
The EMDR sessions with her feel structured and intuitive at the same time. I have learned to completely relinquish control with her and to trust that my system will only show me what I can process at that moment. Paula reliably maintains the emotional framework and provides the stability and security that I need.
I feel understood, supported and professionally very well accompanied by her. I can feel her vast experience in the way she guides me through the sessions. Every EMDR session has been different so far and at the same time I experience how much more liberated I feel after every session. EMDR has helped me to develop more trust in myself and to shape my life with more authenticity, ease and, above all, inner clarity. I am very grateful for this and look forward to the next developments.

I would say that fate brought us together. I don't know if you remember that, but I do and I'll tell you again:
When we met for the very first time in Hamburg, you were standing in the queue to register and I came in through the front entrance, so I had to walk past what felt like 200 people to get in line. And it was one of those "it's a match" moments for me. No really, you radiated such a presence to me and such friendliness that you caught my eye and I thought: "Chill, this woman is here, then it can only be cool here." Among 200 people. Over the course of these 2 seminar days, we kept bumping into each other and in the end - thank God - we exchanged numbers.
And what can I say! It's been almost a year now and I now know that it was no coincidence.
When I decided to treat myself to the little coaching session with you, I had no idea what it would achieve. 2 EMDR sessions later and all your support around it, I am stronger than ever before. I can finally recognize my strengths and be at peace with myself and trust myself.
With your help, I have managed to give my path a new direction. I left the job that didn't make me happy yesterday and I know there is so much more waiting for me. I am full of anticipation knowing it was the right decision. Together with you, I was able to replace the supposed security with a deep, true security.
