I have the impression that the advice is honest, professional and comprehensive. Whenever I had technical problems or similar, I was always helped quickly and easily. The only thing that could be improved is the availability of appointments; it's often not easy to get an appointment promptly. Overall, however, a clear recommendation and a big thank you to the motivated team.

advice on an e-bike up to the purchase, in my interest
I was advised by Mr. Gebertz D. (consultant doesn't matter) the Projekt Bike team has a high level of customer-oriented, detailed and technically competent advice. More is not possible !!!!
