I am particularly satisfied with the workshop’s service as a service partner for a bicycle brand that projekt.bike does not carry.
However, the remark, “If you had bought a bike here, this wouldn’t have happened,” made in connection with the inspection of a bike in the workshop that was not purchased from projekt.bike, could have been avoided. I actually bought a very high-quality bike from projekt.bike at the same time!

I went in for a service on my e-bike and received excellent advice regarding the wear parts on my bike. In my opinion, the service was very thorough and, above all, transparent.
