Completely unreliable. I had a lot of trouble this year and a reminder from the Fiannzamt, although I was assured that this was sent on time in December. The accessibility very poor, Kudnenservice as well.

I liked the advice, there were never any questions left unanswered here.

However, when it comes to the implementation, I am at a loss for words. I had to run behind regarding my tax return for 2018, because it was not submitted. Here I received a letter as an apology. Emails are never responded to. On the phone it takes me a good 20 min to get someone on the line. The contributions were included diligently, although I have not even received MY MONEY yet....

Since I currently still have to wait for the money for 2017 and 2018.... I am honestly not positive and will Sanssouci Lohnsteuerhilfeverein e. V. never recommend.

Pretty much the most miserable club I have ever experienced. The first thing the club does is collect membership fees. Then nothing more is done. Calling or writing mail brings nothing. :-(
So my recommendation = stay away from this club.

There is nothing to criticize about the quality of the processing of my requests. We are dissatisfied with the communication. We usually only receive information about the status of the case after a request. Compared to many other tax help associations, the monthly fee seems too high to me.

The Sanssouci Lohnsteuerhilfeverein e.V. does a very good job when the income tax return is comparatively manageable with regular income and the taxpayer still needs help. Recommended for all employees who can no longer see through the tax jungle or who would like professional advice. The price-performance ratio is also very good, because where can you get a tax return for a simple membership fee in the association?
