My experience so far with Liebelt from Loxstedt has been consistently good. If I have any questions or minor problems, Mr. Liebelt always responds immediately and tries to find a solution.
And yes, I have recommended Liebelt to my aunt, who, herself 84 years old, cares for my uncle who suffers from dementia. In the meantime, my aunt has also been helped and for almost 14 days she has been receiving support from a dedicated caregiver, organized by Mr. Liebelt.
Before we came across the company Liebelt, we had from another agency caregivers for parents.....the price was the same, unfortunately, these "forces" had all previously obviously been homeless. Without teeth, stupid, dirty, spoke hardly German and partly snotty. They stole all the jewelry from my parents, one of them even had a front door key made for himself and came back about a year after I had kicked him out because of his alcoholism and stole my parents' entire savings. After such experiences we were skeptical, but are now very, very happy with the caregivers of Sencurina, because we had already almost given up faith in reputable intermediaries.

Looking for a 24-hour care service for my father, I became aware of this care service through my cousin, as her parents have also been using it for a long time. I am thrilled with this care service. Mrs. Liebelt took a lot of time for us and after only 10 days a super nurse came to our house. After 2 weeks, "our Helena" has really grown on us, even if my mother was initially very skeptical of a "stranger in your house". The nurse is simply super and Mrs. and Mr. Liebelt are very professional but totally sympathetic. The care situation is absolutely new territory for our family, they have taken away our fears and also a lot of work through their very good support. We have previously had for 3 months a standard care service, which came 3-4 times a week in the morning shortly at 9:00 to wash or shower. This was very inflexible in terms of time, now the care is based on my father's needs. Also, as a daughter of the house and responsible for the care degree appeal, I was perfectly supported by Mrs. Liebelt in the appeal to the health insurance. Mr. Liebelt is just as committed, despite vacations, both were always available for me and quickly took care of everything. I can only recommend this care service with head and heart, thank you very much Mrs. and Mr. Liebelt!

Mr. Liebelt was always available for me, whether during the week or on weekends. He also looked for (and found!) solutions as quickly as possible when they were necessary due to the situation. I have experienced very good advice and great service. Not only regarding the situation at home but also with the formalities involved. It was very helpful to know that you are not left alone. The organization was smooth and expeditious. The caregiver on site has more than a good knowledge of German. She is patient and loving with my parents. She is absolutely open to integrate the habits of my parents into everyday life. With her cheerful, open manner, she motivates my mother in particular to deal well with the handicaps.

We came to Sencurina through the recommendation of a well-known social worker when quick help was needed. From the beginning, the contact with Mr. and Mrs. Liebelt from Sencurina was friendly and very professional. Concerns were immediately recognized and appropriate offers were made. The first meeting was persistent and without any time pressure. Already the following day we received a call that a caregiver had been found who could arrive the following week.

My brothers and I have already twice entrusted Mr. Michael Liebelt of Sencurina with the long-term all-round care of family members in need of care and have been completely satisfied. This applies to the long-term care of our 94-year-old mother (now deceased) as well as to the current care of our 93-year-old uncle.
